Intellezy, an award-winning change management and learning and development (L&D) firm, was looking to improve the accessibility of its training videos and user platform. It had received informal requests for information on how it handled accessibility as well as RFP’s (request for proposal) requiring a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

TPGi supported Intellezy in several ways

Nelnet needed the ability to effectively and efficiently review its marketing sites for accessibility on an ongoing basis, so it decided to explore options that would make it easier to identify errors and glean the information needed for the developers to take action and remediate the issues.


Now Nelnet relies on ARC Monitoring to identify machine-detectable accessibility failures and streamline workflow. ARC Monitoring’s dashboards also enable them to track progress and demonstrate it to stakeholders. MetaMetrics’ focus is on serving all education community members, including those with disabilities. The company wanted to ensure its Lexile® & Quantile® Hub, an online platform that provides educators, parents and students with reading and math tools tying the company’s Lexile® measures for reading and Quantile® measures for math was accessible. MetaMetrics’ Lexile & Quantile Hub met the Level A Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standard, but the company wanted to be as accessible as possible for all users. It chose to achieve the more demanding Level AA WCAG compliance. To reach this goal, MetaMetrics partnered with TPGi, whose accessibility excellence is recognized by their clients and the industry at large.

TPGi set up MetaMetrics with an ARC Platform. This platform allowed the company to track its accessibility with real-time analytics software and make targeted changes in response to accessibility errors. TPGi also provided MetaMetrics with personalized consulting and support. Now MetaMetrics seamlessly manages tickets and moves closer to achieving AA accessibility standards for its website. Overall, TPGi provided invaluable software and guidance to MetaMetrics.

A Leading Streaming Platform

TPGi assessed the accessibility features of a leading streaming service and provided a path toward inclusive digital streaming.

TPGi supported the leading streaming platform in several ways

TPGi evaluated the performance of the streaming app on multiple standard devices. The tests revealed an uneven performance in multiple critical categories and a lack of inclusion when the app is used on certain devices. The client learned that:
