Frontend United is a conference for web designers and developers, held this year in Athens. I went along to talk about JavaScript and ARIA.
In Agile, getting the team to self-organize so that they take on the work best suited to their skillset helps to keep work flowing through the team. What happens though when accessibility related work needs to be completed? Who is responsible for taking on work that they might not be familiar with or have the skillset for?
